Troubleshooting

1. Ensure you have met the minimum requirements for running Directory Lister

2. Check the Common Issues page for a list of common issues and help in solving them

3. Many problems can be solved by clearing the application cache (rm -rf app/cache/*)

4. Enable debug and use Google to search for any errors shown

5. If you continue having issues start a new discussion on our Help & Support board
